Pork Pasta
This is both the fastest and most economical quick meat dish. Taking less than 10 minutes (with the right pasta) and costing very little (with the right pork loin).
The idea is to make the pork, remove the pork, start the pasta, drain the pasta before it's done, then finish the pasta in the pork pat, adding the pork back at the end.
- Boil pasta water and start cooking the pasta.
- Add a chopped onion and spices to a seperate pan.
- Thinly slice and dry-spice the pork loin.
- Fry the pork loin in the onion/spice mix with oil.
- Remove the pork when done.
- Drain the pasta when almost done, and finish cooking the pasta in the pork/onion pan.
- Add back pork when done. You now have lots of flavour in the pasta without a long process!
When combined, the pasta will have cooked in the pork-pan, making a quick flavorful dish.
Start by cooking the pork over onions.
Finish the pasta in the same pan with the flavour from the pork.
