Flavours
My favorite flavors come in a few categories, flavor vegetables like onions and garlic, flavor spices like ginger and chilli powder, and flavor strateges like steam-frying or pan-roasting.

- Description
- Steam-Fry
- Onions + Spices + Rice
- Fry up the ingredients in oil for 5-7 minutes before adding water.
- Italian
- Fresh Raw Garlic + Orageno + Black Pepper
- I usually do this to most tomato sauces to bring out the flavor. Or use a can of tomato paste and canned tomatoes for a basic taste.
- Indian
- Onion + Turmeric + Ginger + Black Pepper
- This makes most rice or coconut based curry dishes taste amazing.
- Some Citrus Something
- Onion + Lemon Peel + Cumin
- Lemon peel can cook to be much milder than it is raw, when used properly this can bring amazing flavour to a dish.
- Chilli Seasoning
- Onion + Garlic + Chilli Powder + Paprika
- Chilli powder and paprika can be a match made in red meat heavon when properly applied.
- Oil Roasting
- Meat + Spices + Oil
- Covering meat in an olive or vegetable oil and baking for 20 minutes can bake certain spices into the meat.
- Salad Dressing
- Vinegar + Oil + Spices
- Balsamic vinegar with vegetable oil and your favorite jelly, or Olive oil and rice veingar and mustard, a good salad dressing is easier to make than you may think.
